Looking for purpose at work? You're not alone. Our year-long fellowships are segmented by specific professional stages to help you demystify the impact landscape and find your personal path alongside a network of like-minded peers.

All IC fellowships start off with interactive in-person sessions with these elements:

During the rest of their fellowship year, participants choose their own adventure, engaging with whatever IC activities best fit their ongoing journey to purposeful work. Our fellow-only offerings include:

EVENTS - Quarterly public events, and themed invite-only meetups curated specifically around the interests of IC fellows

RESOURCES - Curated readings, events, and jobs sourced from our extended network via a "Weekly Round-Up" newsletter

ONLINE NETWORK - Access to gated IC channels on LinkedIn, Slack, and Facebook

CONTINUING EDUCATION - Workshops to deepen understanding in specific topics, including Career, Social Impact, and partner-driven content (Impact Investing, Cause Marketing, Earned Income, Data Analytics, etc.)

PROJECTS - One-time volunteer activities or part-time or full-time placements (pro bono or paid, depending on project scope) coordinated by IC staff.
