APPROACH

Inspiring Capital uses social impact as the primary lens for providing Learning and Development resources to the individuals and organizations that operate within our ecosystem.

Our workshops are interactive, evidence-based, and action-oriented.They are developed by an experienced classroom teacher and academic researcher. Grounded in the philosophy of dialogic teaching and elements of quantum learning, the dynamics are determined by the co-construction of knowledge and the negotiation of a balance of power between the teacher and those being taught. This balance is critical to both democratizing the classroom and to addressing the power and resource discrepancies that underlie many of the social problems that not-for-profits and social enterprises, in our ecosystem, are seeking to address.

Our workshops are available in a range of formats and lengths: lunch and learns, 3-hour sessions, full-day workshops, or customizable combinations.
