As an entrepreneur, I am very comfortable with change. Indeed, I am probably happiest at the early stages of any endeavor, whether learning a new sport, moving to a new city or neighborhood, or, during the Orientation week of a brand new fellowship program. (Read about our fellowship in Forbes this week.) photo (13)Here's our brand new gang (missing three important players who had other commitments last week), 80% of the way through this first week of orientation, jam packed with on-boarding activities like improv-comedy-for-business, Excel bootcamp, Lunch and Learns (thanks to awesome speakers Liz, Sarah, Suzi; Cesar; and Harrie!), mindfulness for social entrepreneurs, GLG on using expert testimony, and of course our launch party last night!

I am hugely energized from this week, averaging 5 hours of sleep and 11 hours of work, because of the massive potential I see in this group of people and the program model we are developing. Stay tuned...
